Wailea “Blue” Golf Course and Clubhouse

Mr. Swatzel was Project Engineer on the Original Golf Course at Wailea Resort.

Mr. Swatzel was the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Course Designer; Arthur Jack Snyder. The course is consistently ranked as one of Hawaii’s top ten.

Ekahi Townhouse, Wailea

Mr. Swatzel was Project Engineer on this $15,000,000.00 Executive Townhouse Development.

Princeville, Kauai

Mr. Swatzel was Project Manager on two Condominium Developments; the Hanalei Bay Villa and the Sealodge Condominiums.

Fifth Avenue Suites Hotel

From 1991-1996 the Alton Group served as Project Manager for the Plaza Fifth Avenue Partners during purchase and development of the Suites Hotel.  From 1995-1996 Mr. Swatzel served as Consultant to the Kimpton Hotel Group during renovation until it’s opening in 1997.
